Every BNI Olympus meeting follows the same format:
Open Networking
This is an excellent opportunity for members to meet visitors or to have a 1-2-1 with a fellow member.
Breakfast
There will be a selection of dishes to suit meat-eaters and vegetarians. If you have a specific dietary requirement, we can sort that for you (given plenty of notice).
EDUCATION SLOT
The 5 minute education slot includes various tips for getting the absolute most out of your BNI membership as well as lessons you can implement into your business.
60 SECOND PRESENTATIONS
This is the time that members share their 60 second presentation – this is their opportunity to let the other members know exactly who/what business they are looking for. This means that the members can do what is needed to bring that referral in. As a visitor, you will have an opportunity to showcase your business too.
10 MINUTE MEMBER PRESENTATION
Each week a member has the opportunityto present the benefits of their respective business to the meeting to make it easier to pass referrals among the group. It's also a great opportunity to invite questions and build both credibility and rapport.

POSITIVE CONTRIBUTION ROUND
This is when BNI's true effectiveness is showcased to our VIPs. It's the part of the meeting in which members illustrate how they've supported each other throughout the week by means of:
Referrals passed
Visitors invited
It's also the time to read out a testimonial for another member who has done a great job and to be able to recognise their efforts. Testimonials are a great way to increase a member's credibility to other members and visitors alike.
